Is WiFi Explorer or WiFi Signal not launching anymore?
On Feb. 14th, 2016, Apple renewed its CA Intermediate Certificate. As a result, some apps stopped working and need to be re-downloaded from the Mac App Store in order to obtain a new receipt with the new certificate information. Please delete any existing copies of the app, make sure you empty the Trash, then re-download the app from the Mac App Store. You won’t be charged again as long as you use the same Apple ID you used to purchase the app originally.
